When it comes to organic food, what do you think about it?

Organic food is an increasingly searched phrase in the food industry because of the benefits it brings such as trecsting protecting human health, protecting the natural environment. Organic food you can easily find like: carrot, salad, banana, cherry, cow’s milk, strawberry,…it exists a lot around us. So do you know that organic food has advantages and disadvantages?

advantages : if you use organic foods, we see outstanding advantages such as:

- improve your digest system boost your stamina

- lose weight
